Aim and scope

The aim of the annual International Conference on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (ICIFS) is to gather specialists interested in intuitionistic fuzziness, decision making under uncertainty, and other related topics, and to give them floor for discussions on both the theoretical and practical aspects of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Since 2013, ICIFS has been an EUSFLAT endorsed event.

All papers accepted for presentation at ICIFS'2025 will be published in the Scopus indexed Journal "Notes on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets" (SJR 2024 = 0.258, Scopus quartile Q3) and will be freely available online as Open Access under CC-BY 4.0 license.

Instructions for the Manuscripts and Presentations

Submissions should be up to 25 pages and compliant with the paper template of the Journal "Notes on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets" and the Journal's Publication Ethics Policy. Manuscripts will be subject to rigorous peer review by two independent reviewers.

Presentations should be 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and answers. Links to the Zoom platform for online videoconferencing will be timely provided to the presenting authors of the accepted conference submissions. Participants are requested to give their talk in real time, but prepare and submit in advance a back-up video of their presentation which will be streamed in case of any technical problems at the time of their presentation.

E-mail for paper submissions and conference correspondence: icifs.office@gmail.com
