Cover of Volume 1

Issues in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets and Generalized Nets is a series of books containing selected papers presented at the International Workshop on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets and Generalized Nets. The Issues are published by the Warsaw School of Information Technology under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Editors are Krassimir Atanassov, Janusz Kacprzyk, Maciej Krawczak and Eulalia Szmidt (since Volume 3).

The workshop has attracted scientists from many countries, especially from Poland and Bulgaria, whose research interests are related to fuzzy logic, intuitionistic fuzzy sets and generalized nets, both in their theoretical and practical aspects. In many cases the papers selected for publication in The Issues demonstrate the current state of development of the areas of IFS and GN.
