Abstract: This paper proposes an intuitionistic fuzzy goal programming (IFGP) approach for solving vector optimization problem under uncertainty. In the proposed approach, the degree of rejection and the degree of acceptance of the objectives are considered simultaneously. This approach is an application of the intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) set concept to optimization problems. It is shown that the proposed IFGP approach is more efficient than that the analogous fuzzy programming technique. To illustrate the effectiveness of the approach we have solved a numerical example and compared the solutions with the solution of the other approaches.
