Abstract: Task processing is one of the most vital processes in an organization that has to deliver some services or products. The effective resource allocation, scheduling and utilization are dependant on workflow, which optimization can affect quality of the work. The target exploration in the present paper is modelling and simulation of the processes of interaction inside an organization, with aim processing and tracking of tasks. For this purpose the apparatuses of generalized nets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used and as a final result a task processing model is presented.
