| Abstract:
|
An overall telecommunication system including a blockchain is considered. The inclusion of the blockchain is aimed at improving the security of servicing of the requests and the overall Quality of Service (QoS) of the system. Analysis and classification of the possible sources of uncertainty in block attestation and finalization is presented. Intuitionistic fuzzy estimation of the impact of the block finalization on the overall telecomunication system is obtained in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy pairs. An indicator for overall network efficiency is defined which takes into account the uncertainty related to the blockchain.
