Abstract:
|
The article develops an intuitionistic fuzzy estimation of the availability of a radio signal from a mobile unit to the base station in a shadowing and multipath propagation environment. This estimation method provides a way to optimally manage the switching strategy of the base station, depending on the signal level of the different mobile units served by that base station.
