Abstract: The present paper defines a class of Generalized Nets with the property that one or more of their transitions depends on an algorithm for decision making. This extension of the class of GNs is proved to be a conservative one. The proof is based on a construction of a generalized net model of the algorithm for group decision making via individual intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations.
