Abstract: The paper discusses the opportunities that project-based learning provides in addition to traditional pedagogical approaches. A generalized net model is constructed of the process of learning based on developing a project. The model serves for conducting a research and analysis of the opportunities for students’ work on projects, adapted for their levels of knowledge and skills, resulting in the development of integrated knowledge, acquired in the course of different learning disciplines.
