Conference scope
Building upon the success of IS’02, IS’04, IS’08 (held in Varna, Bulgaria) and IS’06 (held in London, UK), the 5th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Systems IS’10 shall continue the tradition of bringing together top specialists in the broad area of intelligent systems. This forum is an opportunity for scientists from all over the world to share ideas and achievements in the theory and practice of soft computing, intelligent control, data and knowledge engineering, decision support systems, data mining and knowledge discovery, ontologies, intelligent measurement, etc.
IS’02, IS’04, IS’06, IS’08 established as scientific forums that gather only quality papers and presentations that meet high scientific standards.
Following the tradition, all submitted papers to IS’10 will be thoroughly reviewed for possible inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. After the Conference, only a selected number of best papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in post-conference publications.
Extended papers will have the possibility to be published:
- in the Series of Studies of Computational Intelligence Springer Verlag as part of a post conference edited book
- in the Journal of Automation, mobile Robotics, and Intelligent Systems
- in the Journal on Evolving Systems, Springer Verlag
