Small reorganizations on Ifigenia. After some considerations, the Draft: namespace was made public, while the private zone is now detached in the new Private: namespace.
New help pages are added. Some tests with uploads of various filenames are done.

Ifigenia was presented on the International Workshop on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets in Matej Bel University, Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. The official launch is to be made on 17 October 2008 during the International Workshop on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets and Generalized Nets in Warsaw, Poland.

Ifigenia Wiki was setup. Happy new wiki! Customization and building the maintenance categories has started.
