The aim is to approve the Central limit theorem on MV-algebras by the new approach, using the observable as a distribution function, and not the &amp;amp;sigma;-homomorphism. The main idea is in local representation of &amp;amp;sigma;-algebras. The following theorem is proved: Let M be a &amp;amp;sigma;-complete MV-algebra with product, m : M 􀀀→ [0; 1] be a &amp;amp;sigma;-additive state, (x&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;n&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt;)&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;n&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt; be a sequence of independent, equally distributed, square integrable observables. Hence E[x&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;1&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt;] = E[x&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;2&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt;] = ... = a; &amp;amp;sigma;(x&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;1&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt;) = &amp;amp;sigma;(x&amp;lt;sub&amp;gt;2&amp;lt;/sub&amp;gt;) = ... = &amp;amp;sigma;. Then, for any t ∈ R&lt;br /&gt;
